Participants of the scientific program, even speakers, accompanying persons or company representatives should register to the conference.

Registration fees include conference USB, conference bag, certificate of attendance, entrance to the exhibition area and conference area.

All accepted papers should be presented at the Gi4DM 2018 Conference. Therefore, at least one author of each accepted paper must be registered before January 15th (submissions are limited to one paper per main author), and present the paper.

If none of the authors of an accepted paper is registered by the indicated deadline, or the paper is not presented in the conference, it will be withdrawn from the conference archives. If an accepted paper has more than one author, and more than one of those authors will attend, then each author who attends the conference must pay a registration. Only the presenting author must register by the deadline; the other authors do not have a deadline to register.

VAT 18% is to be added to the above given fees.

Acapulco Resort Hotel rates are on all inclusive basis. They are per room, per night and inclusive of taxes and include unlimited local drinks during lunches and dinners as well as drinks at lobby bar between 10:00 – 24:00 hrs.

Acapulco Resort Hotel is operating on “Limited All inclusive “ pension –which means guests are welcomed to be served for unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in the lobby bar until 24:00 and also during meals. This service is already included in Acapulco Resort Hotel room rates. However, every participants can benefit from this service until 18:00 even if they do not stay at Acapulco Resort Hotel and hotel stipulates to be paid Euro 40 per day per person for those who do not stay but entering their hotel. Participants who do not book rooms though Conference Secretariat will be asked to pay Euro 40 per day as “Acapulco Resort Hotel Service fee” for the whole conference period. These payments have to be paid to the Conference Secretariat. (Fee includes service between 08:00:18:00 hrs)

  • For reservations after February 17th, 2018 € 25.- will be charged per night as late reservation fee.
  • The accommodation requests will be confirmed based on availability.
  • A confirmation in writing will be provided by Conference Secretariat upon full payment for total stay is received.
Payment for registration fees, hotel accommodation and optional tour cost should be made in Euro by any of the following methods:

Please indicate your name clearly to the bank, and send us a copy of the bank receipt to . No personal checks will be accepted.
Registrations will not be processed without payment. Full payment in Euro should be received before 24:00, December 17th, Istanbul Time(GMT+2); otherwise, the preferential rate will not be granted. If you need more information about your payment, please contact our secretary, Payment by bank transfer is preferred.

3) Pay at registration desk of the Conference
The participants can pay the registration fee at the registration desk during the Conference.


  1. Full payment is required; 
  2. All the aforementioned costs are payable in full without deduction of any bank charges. All transfer charges, bank collection fees and financial charges are payable by the participants.

An invoice and a confirmation letter will be sent to the participants upon they finalize online payment. They will be generated automatically by online system and will aim to inform the participant on the current status of the items booked.

  • All booked registration services cancelled before November 17th, 2017 are 100 % refundable after deduction of bank expenses
  • All booked registration services cancelled between the dates of December 17th, 2017 – January 15th, 2018 are 50 % refundable.
  • No refunds for cancellations made after January 15th, 2018
  • All booked hotel accommodation services cancelled before December 15th, 2017 are 100 % refundable after deduction of bank expenses
  • All booked registration services cancelled between the dates of December 15th 2017 – January 15th, 2018 are 50 % refundable.
  • No refunds for cancellations made after January 15th, 2018
  • All cancellations must be done in writing to Conference secretariat.
